Join us for the public programme of Publiek Park 2025!

In September, the final month of the exhibition at Plantentuin Meise, Publiek Park is hosting a public programme spread across three days and two locations. As an ode to the historical connection between Plantentuin Meise and the Jardin Botanique de Bruxelles, Publiek Park will present the brand-new publication Walking Guide on Wednesday, September 3, in the Jardin Botanique de Bruxelles – the original site of the botanical garden. During the publication launch, writers François Makanga and Noam Youngrak Son will introduce their essays, while artist Myrthe van der Mark will enrich each copy with unique drawings.

In the week that follows, on Sunday, September 14, the programme continues with film screenings by Blue Screen (in collaboration with Level Five), a guided walk by writer Nikolaos Akritidis, and performances by artists Roy Köhnke and Elise El Yousfi, again in the Jardin Botanique de Bruxelles.

The exhibition at Plantentuin Meise runs until Sunday, September 28. On the final day, the very last guided tour will take place, followed by an evening of experimental film screenings by Art Cinema OFFoff.
